I love my career as a Speech-Language Pathologist and working with children helping them achieve their communication goals. Every child's needs are different and working together with families to meet the individual needs of each child is what I am passionate about. ABOUT ME

Originally from upstate New York, I began working with special needs children in high school, supporting them during their community outings. I received my bachelors degree in Communication Disorders from Brigham Young University, during which I gained years of experience working with adults with special needs. My masters degree in Speech Pathology was obtained from the University of Utah. I have been working as a Speech Language Pathologist for 14 years.

ABOUT ME

After finishing my degrees, I moved to Arizona and worked in the public schools grades K-8 for three years. I then transitioned to teletherapy working for 6 years in both the school setting and the private practice setting. I have also worked the past 10 years in both the clinic and home based setting with pediatrics ages 2-21. I have experience working with Autism, Down Syndrome, language delays, speech and phonological delays, fluency disorders and social pragmatic language delays. I am a NLA trained clinician educated in the Natural Language Acquisition framework and gestalt language processing.

ABOUT ME

Schedule a consult

I've been a certified speech-language pathologist with ASHA for X years. Additionally, I've completed specialized training in the Natural Language Acquisition (NLA) framework to support gestalt language processing. NLA-trained clinicians teach language in chunks rather than individual words which can be especially beneficial for autistic children.

HOW IT WORKS

Anne has been an absolute godsend for our family! We have been working with her for over two years now, and we don’t know where we’d be without her help. Not only has she helped our twins become verbal, but she also helped my husband and I make the necessary changes and given us tips on how to expand our children’s learning and growing. We have had many other speech therapists, and I would absolutely recommend Anne above all. We are so grateful to have found her!

Anne joined my daughter’s speech journey just when we needed her! While using ESA funds we were able to get her the therapy she needed from within the comfort of our own home. Translating in-office therapy into their everyday environment can be difficult for some children. Having home speech therapy really allowed for practical practice and development.

We are beyond grateful for our experience with Anne. From the very beginning, she met our child exactly where he was with so much patience, warmth, and genuine care. She celebrates every small win and our son loved sessions with her, he always felt very comfortable. We’ve learned so much from her and we are very grateful for all she has done the past year to support him. She truly cares, and that kindness and dedication always showed. We feel incredibly lucky to have had her as part of our child’s journey and would recommend her to any family looking for a speech therapist. Thank you, Anne.
